BioThis journal was originally set up to contain the workings of a fantasy novel. Besides a draft of the novel itself, it might include character sketches, drawings, a plot outline and other background material. Plot spoilers are protected behind cuts, with appropriate warnings. The interests section gives some sense of the story.
That work didn't progress anywhere, so the journal became a repository for my NaNoWriMo writings.
2003: Tendril Through Cyberspace, about a teenage girl whose father gets kidnapped by multidimensional beings and spirited into cyberspace. She must go after him, accompanied by her father's boyfriend, a talking bird, and a sentient squash only she can communicate with. Table of contents.
2004: Pilgrim's Cross, an account of an evangelical Christian coming to terms with being gay. Table of contents.
2006: Ripples, in which a supernatural being assigned to describe a ripple on a lake discovers the task is not as simple or inconsequential as it seems. Table of contents.
